01What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us and a small amount of standard technical data:

• Information you submit through a form — such as your name, email address, phone number, and any details you include about buying, selling, or a home valuation.
• Basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as general device and usage data, which helps the site function and load correctly.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

02How we use your information

We use the information you share to:

• Respond to your inquiry and provide the real estate services you asked about.
• Follow up with you about buying, selling, or a home valuation.
• Send you updates or marketing communications when you’ve asked to receive them — which you can stop at any time (see “Your choices” below).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

03Who we share it with

We share your information only in limited, ordinary ways to run our business:

• Service providers who help us operate — for example, our email and marketing platform and our client-management tools — and who are only permitted to use your information to provide those services to us.
• A lender, only if you ask us to connect you. We may recommend lenders, but we do not automatically hand your information to any lender — we introduce you only when you ask us to.

04Email, calls & texts

Email. If you contact us or opt in, we may email you with helpful information and updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We may still need to email you about an active transaction or inquiry you started.

Calls & texts. If you give us your phone number and expressly opt in — for example, by checking a consent box — you agree to receive informational and marketing calls and texts from us at that number. Consent to marketing messages is never a condition of any purchase or of qualifying for a loan. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency may vary. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. We’ll send one confirmation that you’ve been unsubscribed.

05Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended) gives you the right to:

• Know what personal information we’ve collected about you and how we use it.
• Request a copy of that information, or ask us to delete it.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Because we do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, there is nothing for you to opt out of on that front — but you are always free to ask. To make any request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before we can act.

06Data security & retention

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we work to safeguard your information and keep it only as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and business obligations.

07Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
