REALTY (Raiz Realty, Inc.) fully supports the principles of the federal Fair Housing Act (Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, as amended) and the California Fair Employment and Housing Act. These laws generally prohibit discrimination in the sale, rental, and financing of housing, and in other housing-related transactions.

02Protected classes

We do not discriminate, and we do not tolerate discrimination, on the basis of any characteristic protected by federal or California law, including:

• Sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, or sexual orientation
• Familial status — including children under 18 living with a parent or legal custodian, pregnant persons, and those securing custody of a child under 18
